Nathan joined Semler Brossy in 2022. He has worked with boards and management teams at public and private companies across a range of industries on compensation benchmarking, incentive plan design, leadership transitions, and Say on Pay responses. Nathan holds a Master’s in Management from the University of Notre Dame.

Brant has 20 years of executive compensation consulting experience. Brant has led engagements with Fortune 500 firms and addressed rewards needs for pre-IPO firms, start-ups, and PE portfolio firms.

His experience covers a range of industries, enabling a broad view of market practices and supporting the ability to create highly effective rewards solutions.

Prior to Semler Brossy, Brant worked at Mercer. He received his MBA from UCLA Anderson and holds a degree in human biology from Stanford University.

Andrew joined Semler Brossy in January 2021, working alongside Compensation Committees and Management Teams across multiple industries and various stages of business development. He provides support to clients ranging from blue-chip Fortune 100 companies to pre-IPO companies on assorted executive compensation issues, including incentive program design, pay benchmarking, and broader organizational transitions. Andrew graduated from Brown University with a dual BS in Applied Mathematics and Economics.

John has nearly 25 years of experience as an executive compensation advisor, with broad expertise in consulting to boards of directors and senior management on compensation and related governance issues. His clients range in size from Fortune 100 enterprises to small- and mid-sized companies. John is a thought leader in helping companies manage the pay-for-performance relationship and navigate emerging trends in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues related to executive pay. 

He has extensive experience working with companies in transition (e.g., M&A, IPO, spinoffs, turnarounds, leadership changes). John is a graduate of the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and the University of Michigan. He is a Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP). 

Michael helps boards and leadership teams navigate executive compensation with clarity, structure, and strategic alignment. He brings nearly 20 years of experience advising public, private, and pre-IPO companies—from high-growth firms to large, complex organizations. His clients include global corporations and privately held businesses, such as family-owned, mutual, and PE-backed companies. His work spans industries but focuses on technology, industrials, healthcare, and consumer products sectors.

Clients turn to him when they face critical leadership and pay decisions—especially during periods of growth, transition, or organizational change. His guidance combines analytical depth with a strong understanding of strategy, leadership, and what it takes to grow responsibly.

Michael began his career at Equilar, a corporate leadership data firm, where he advanced from Research Analyst to Director of Professional Services, combining deep analytics with a strong commitment to client success.

Michael holds a B.A. from The University of California at Berkeley in Applied Mathematics (Economics).

Eric King has more than 10 years of experience in executive compensation consulting. He has extensive experience advising public company boards, as well as private pre-IPO growth companies. Eric works with clients across a range of industries, including energy utilities, financial services, industrial machinery, insurance, professional services, medical devices, and technology.

Eric has experience with a wide range of compensation issues, including annual and long-term incentive plan design, 280G analysis, valuation of market-based equity awards, CEO succession planning, peer group development, and Say on Pay support.

As the project manager on client engagements, he leads issue identification, analysis, and problem-solving with the client team to help drive towards appropriate solutions that support the client’s business objectives. This requires a thorough understanding of the strategic, financial, organizational, and compensation-related issues that clients face.

Eric graduated from Claremont McKenna College.

Roger Brossy has been an executive compensation consultant since 1981. Roger has worked across sectors and seeks to capitalize on insights from factors that drive or impede success in one industry to what affects another.

He was the President of Sibson & Company and served on its Board of Directors for many years before co-founding Semler Brossy Consulting Group in 2001.

Roger also served as Sibson’s Practice Director for Financial Services. Roger is a member of the Dean’s Council for the Gallatin College of New York University.

Rami has over 15 years of executive and board compensation consulting experience. Rami serves as Semler Brossy’s lead liaison and technical expert on ISS and Glass Lewis. He works across a variety of industries, with depth of expertise in Real Estate, Industrials, as well as private-to-public transitions. Prior, Rami was at Mercer Consulting, where he designed and assessed compensation programs. Rami graduated from Yeshiva University, summa cum laude.
