Before joining Semler Brossy, Austin worked in client services at an HR-focused consulting firm in St. Louis, where he developed his foundational understanding of organizational dynamics and stakeholder needs. Austin earned his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.

Justin Beck has nearly ten years of executive compensation experience working with publicly traded and privately held firms. Justin works across a variety of industries, with a focus on consumer products and retail as well as technology, insurance, and healthcare. He serves a mix of private, public and pre-IPO clients and has experience with family-owned companies. He has expertise advising boards through periods of change including company strategy transitions, emergence from bankruptcy, evolving ownership structure, and investor concerns.

Nathan joined Semler Brossy in 2022. He has worked with boards and management teams at public and private companies across a range of industries on compensation benchmarking, incentive plan design, leadership transitions, and Say on Pay responses. Nathan holds a Master’s in Management from the University of Notre Dame.
