Michael began his career at Equilar, a corporate leadership data firm, where he advanced from Research Analyst to Director of Professional Services, combining deep analytics with a strong commitment to client success.

Blair Jones has 30 years of executive compensation consulting experience. She has worked extensively across industries and has deep expertise in advising boards on company transitions, significant investor concerns, and an expanding human capital management mandate. Before joining Semler Brossy, Blair was the practice leader in Leadership Performance and Rewards at Sibson and an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company.

Blair holds the designations of Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP). Since 2013, Blair has consistently been named to the D100, NACD Directorship Magazine’s annual list of the most influential people in the boardroom. Blair currently serves on the Mohawk Valley Health System board and leads its Women’s Giving Circle, helping direct philanthropic support to community health initiatives. She also serves on the advisory board for M3 Placement & Partnership.

Sara Bourdouane has nearly a decade of executive compensation experience working with public and private companies across a broad range of industries. She has advised companies through strategic pivots, transformations, IPOs, and significant leadership transitions. Clients appreciate Sara’s ability to create pragmatic solutions by bringing clarity to and fostering alignment on complex issues. Sara holds a BS in Commerce—Finance and Management from McIntire at the University of Virginia.

Jason advises boards and senior management teams of both public and private companies on executive and broad-based compensation, as well as corporate governance matters.

He works primarily with enterprise software, consumer platform companies, and high-growth businesses that are scaling and expanding internationally. Jason has guided numerous companies through go-public transactions and continues to support them as they mature and evolve as public companies. His experience also spans Fortune 100 organizations, giving him perspective across scale, complexity, and growth stages.
