He brings nearly 20 years of experience advising public, private, and pre-IPO companies—from high-growth firms to large, complex organizations. His clients include global corporations and privately held businesses, such as family-owned, mutual, and PE-backed companies. His work spans industries but focuses on technology, industrials, healthcare, and consumer products sectors.

Michael began his career at Equilar, a corporate leadership data firm, where he advanced from Research Analyst to Director of Professional Services, combining deep analytics with a strong commitment to client success.
