Todd Sirras joined SBCG in 2002 and was named Managing Director in 2005. Prior to Semler Brossy he was a Senior VP in Bank of America’s Asset  Management Group and a trader in listed equity options for O’Connor & Associates. He is a graduate of NYU Stern School of Business, the University of Virginia, and Phillips Exeter Academy.

Kris joined Semler Brossy in 2016 and has advised boards and senior management teams across a variety of executive compensation and governance-related issues. He works closely with clients in both public and private company settings, and has experience advising companies through transactions such as M&A and IPOs.

Kris is a graduate of the Fordham Gabelli School of Business and Marquette University.

Before joining Semler Brossy, Austin worked in client services at an HR-focused consulting firm in St. Louis, where he developed his foundational understanding of organizational dynamics and stakeholder needs. Austin earned his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
