Nathan joined Semler Brossy in 2022. He has worked with boards and management teams at public and private companies across a range of industries on compensation benchmarking, incentive plan design, leadership transitions, and Say on Pay responses. Nathan holds a Master’s in Management from the University of Notre Dame.

Leah manages client engagements across a range of industries, with a particular focus on technology, financial services, consumer-facing businesses, and companies that operate in multiple sectors. Her experience spans across established public companies, newly public firms, and privately held industry leaders, at times supporting organizations undergoing significant transitions such as IPOs, spin-offs, and mergers.

Leah also contributes to the firm’s broader marketing initiatives, including leading efforts for Pulse on Pay, Semler Brossy’s research series examining executive pay trends among S&P 500 companies. Leah graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Mathematical Economics.

Sophie joined Semler Brossy in 2025 and has experience in both executive and broad-based compensation consulting. She works alongside Compensation Committees and Management Teams across a range of industries, with a particular focus on financial services. Sophie has supported both public and pre-IPO companies on a range of executive compensation and governance topics. Sophie holds a B.S. in Economics from Santa Clara University.

Anna brings over 20 years of experience to compensation and total rewards in consulting and corporate environments. She is known for designing and delivering executive, broad-based, and sales total rewards programs that align with company strategy and desired behaviors. She also brings clients hands-on experience in redesigning executive compensation programs, policies, and processes to address changing business environments, shareholder feedback, and regulatory requirements. Anna is well-versed in integrating compensation with strategic benefits and well-being design, delivery, and communication.

Prior to Semler Brossy, Anna was a Global Head of Total Rewards at Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA), where she oversaw Compensation, Benefits & Wellness, and Corporate Citizenship. She worked with the board and management to define a Total Rewards strategy. She then developed a roadmap of priorities across compensation, wealth-creating and tax efficiencies, benefits, well-being, and governance. She also redesigned and implemented a new global compensation system. Before RRA, Anna was at State Street Corporation, leading its Global Compensation and Incentive Design groups. She has had multiple roles within the global rewards organization, including leading international total rewards while based in London. 

Earlier in her career, she was an executive compensation consultant for 10 years with a number of leading executive compensation consulting firms.

Sam is an engagement manager with seven years of executive compensation consulting experience, supporting Compensation Committees and Management Teams across various compensation and governance topics. He serves clients ranging from long-standing Fortune 500 companies to pre-IPO startups across a diverse range of industries. Sam holds a B.S. from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce where he completed a double concentration in Finance and Marketing.

Alexis works with boards of directors and management teams at both public and private companies across a variety of industries, with a focus in retail and financial services. Alexis has supported organizations through complex transformations, leadership transitions, IPOs, and strategic growth initiatives. Alexis earned a B.S. in Accounting with a concentration in Global Business from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Robert Martin has more than eight years of executive compensation experience advising senior management and boards of publicly-traded and private companies across a range of executive and broad-based compensation topics and governance-related matters. He has experience across many industries with a particular focus in financial services companies including private equity, hedge funds, and investment banks. Robert graduated from University at Albany with a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Analysis.

Felipe joined Semler Brossy in January 2019. He has worked with boards and management teams at public and private companies across a wide range of industries. Felipe graduated from Cornell University with a dual BA in Economics and Government, and a Minor in International Relations.

Roger Brossy has been an executive compensation consultant since 1981. Roger has worked across sectors and seeks to capitalize on insights from factors that drive or impede success in one industry to what affects another.

He was the President of Sibson & Company and served on its Board of Directors for many years before co-founding Semler Brossy Consulting Group in 2001.

Roger also served as Sibson’s Practice Director for Financial Services. Roger is a member of the Dean’s Council for the Gallatin College of New York University.

Mark has nearly 20 years of executive and management compensation consulting experience with Semler Brossy. He advises clients across industries, with a depth of expertise in retail and consumer-facing businesses and financial services. He particularly enjoys helping companies navigate strategic transformation and turnarounds through thoughtful metric selection and goal-setting. Mark holds a BS in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.

Marc Baranski has worked with Board members and senior leadership for over 25 years to optimize business performance through addressing significant executive compensation issues that result from growth, expansion into new businesses/geographies, mergers, changes in Management, or change management initiatives. His work with clients is focused on developing reward strategies, identifying performance measurement and management systems, creating talent management approaches, and designing annual and long-term incentive systems for key executives who drive business results.

Prior to joining Semler Brossy in 2008, Marc was a Principal at Mercer, in the human capital consulting business. In his two years with Mercer, Marc was the investment management segment leader for the Global Financial Services Network. Before Mercer, Marc spent 12 years at Sibson, where he helped start and then led that firm’s London office, living in London for 5 years, working with clients in the EMEA region. He also managed the Financial Services Industry Practice and Princeton office.

Todd Sirras joined SBCG in 2002 and was named Managing Director in 2005. Prior to Semler Brossy he was a Senior VP in Bank of America’s Asset  Management Group and a trader in listed equity options for O’Connor & Associates. He is a graduate of NYU Stern School of Business, the University of Virginia, and Phillips Exeter Academy.
