He works primarily with enterprise software, consumer platform companies, and high-growth businesses that are scaling and expanding internationally. Jason has guided numerous companies through go-public transactions and continues to support them as they mature and evolve as public companies. His experience also spans Fortune 100 organizations, giving him perspective across scale, complexity, and growth stages.
Jason brings analytical rigor and intellectual curiosity to uncover novel incentive approaches, pairing them with a collaborative style that builds alignment among boards and management teams. He develops creative, pragmatic solutions in incentive design, metric selection, goal setting, equity strategy, and governance practices that drive sustained performance.
