Grant advises boards of directors and management teams across a range of industries, with a focus on technology, and retail/consumer. He supports public and private companies ranging from high-growth pre-IPO businesses to established organizations on a variety of executive compensation issues, including incentive plan design, pay benchmarking, and Say on Pay support. Grant graduated from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University with a BSBA.

George joined Semler Brossy in July 2023, supporting Compensation Committees and management teams across a broad range of industries and stages of business development. He serves clients ranging from Fortune 500 to small-cap organizations on various executive compensation and corporate governance matters. George graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Economics.

Cecilia supports senior management and boards of publicly-traded, private, and pre-IPO companies across a variety of industries. Cecilia has contributed to multiple research reports on ESG metrics within executive incentive plans. Cecilia holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Emad brings four years of executive compensation consulting experience, advising board and management teams at public and private companies across a wide range of industries. He has supported clients through Say on Pay responses, leadership transitions, mergers, and strategic transformations. Emad holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Sophie joined Semler Brossy in 2025 and has experience in both executive and broad-based compensation consulting. She works alongside Compensation Committees and Management Teams across a range of industries, with a particular focus on financial services. Sophie has supported both public and pre-IPO companies on a range of executive compensation and governance topics. Sophie holds a B.S. in Economics from Santa Clara University.

Sam has spent over seven years supporting clients on matters of executive compensation, broad-based incentives, and benefits. During this time, he has worked with boards and senior management at public and private organizations across several industries.

Prior to joining Semler Brossy, Sam worked as a compensation consultant at Mercer and previously as a pension actuarial consultant. He holds a BA in Mathematics from Yeshiva University.

Chase supports boards and senior management teams across a wide range of industries. He has worked with both publicly traded and privately held companies on matters including Say on Pay response, succession planning, and incentive plan design. Chase holds a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University.

Anna brings over 20 years of experience to compensation and total rewards in consulting and corporate environments. She is known for designing and delivering executive, broad-based, and sales total rewards programs that align with company strategy and desired behaviors. She also brings clients hands-on experience in redesigning executive compensation programs, policies, and processes to address changing business environments, shareholder feedback, and regulatory requirements. Anna is well-versed in integrating compensation with strategic benefits and well-being design, delivery, and communication.

Prior to Semler Brossy, Anna was a Global Head of Total Rewards at Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA), where she oversaw Compensation, Benefits & Wellness, and Corporate Citizenship. She worked with the board and management to define a Total Rewards strategy. She then developed a roadmap of priorities across compensation, wealth-creating and tax efficiencies, benefits, well-being, and governance. She also redesigned and implemented a new global compensation system. Before RRA, Anna was at State Street Corporation, leading its Global Compensation and Incentive Design groups. She has had multiple roles within the global rewards organization, including leading international total rewards while based in London. 

Earlier in her career, she was an executive compensation consultant for 10 years with a number of leading executive compensation consulting firms.

Robert Martin has more than eight years of executive compensation experience advising senior management and boards of publicly-traded and private companies across a range of executive and broad-based compensation topics and governance-related matters. He has experience across many industries with a particular focus in financial services companies including private equity, hedge funds, and investment banks. Robert graduated from University at Albany with a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Analysis.

Andrew joined Semler Brossy in January 2021, working alongside Compensation Committees and Management Teams across multiple industries and various stages of business development. He provides support to clients ranging from blue-chip Fortune 100 companies to pre-IPO companies on assorted executive compensation issues, including incentive program design, pay benchmarking, and broader organizational transitions. Andrew graduated from Brown University with a dual BS in Applied Mathematics and Economics.

John has nearly 25 years of experience as an executive compensation advisor, with broad expertise in consulting to boards of directors and senior management on compensation and related governance issues. His clients range in size from Fortune 100 enterprises to small- and mid-sized companies. John is a thought leader in helping companies manage the pay-for-performance relationship and navigate emerging trends in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues related to executive pay. 

He has extensive experience working with companies in transition (e.g., M&A, IPO, spinoffs, turnarounds, leadership changes). John is a graduate of the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and the University of Michigan. He is a Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP). 

Roger Brossy has been an executive compensation consultant since 1981. Roger has worked across sectors and seeks to capitalize on insights from factors that drive or impede success in one industry to what affects another.

He was the President of Sibson & Company and served on its Board of Directors for many years before co-founding Semler Brossy Consulting Group in 2001.

Roger also served as Sibson’s Practice Director for Financial Services. Roger is a member of the Dean’s Council for the Gallatin College of New York University.
