Emad brings four years of executive compensation consulting experience, advising board and management teams at public and private companies across a wide range of industries. He has supported clients through Say on Pay responses, leadership transitions, mergers, and strategic transformations. Emad holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Leah manages client engagements across a range of industries, with a particular focus on technology, financial services, consumer-facing businesses, and companies that operate in multiple sectors. Her experience spans across established public companies, newly public firms, and privately held industry leaders, at times supporting organizations undergoing significant transitions such as IPOs, spin-offs, and mergers.

Leah also contributes to the firm’s broader marketing initiatives, including leading efforts for Pulse on Pay, Semler Brossy’s research series examining executive pay trends among S&P 500 companies. Leah graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Mathematical Economics.

Abdullah advises boards of directors and management teams across a breadth of industries with a focus on retail and technology. Abdullah’s experience spans advisement to both public and private companies, as well as helping companies navigate complex situations, including spin-offs, mergers, and IPOs. Abdullah graduated from the University of Miami with a BA in Economics, magna cum laude. ​

Andrew joined Semler Brossy in January 2021, working alongside Compensation Committees and Management Teams across multiple industries and various stages of business development. He provides support to clients ranging from blue-chip Fortune 100 companies to pre-IPO companies on assorted executive compensation issues, including incentive program design, pay benchmarking, and broader organizational transitions. Andrew graduated from Brown University with a dual BS in Applied Mathematics and Economics.
