Grant Paulus's Biography

Grant advises boards of directors and management teams across a range of industries, with a focus on technology, and retail/consumer. He supports public and private companies ranging from high-growth pre-IPO businesses to established organizations on a variety of executive compensation issues, including incentive plan design, pay benchmarking, and Say on Pay support. Grant graduated from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University with a BSBA.
