Brooke Warhurst's Biography
Brooke has four years of executive compensation consulting experience, supporting Compensation Committees and management teams across a broad range of industries. She has specific expertise in advising companies on strategic transformations, ESG-related pay practices, and short- and long-term incentive design.
Brooke is a frequent contributor to industry thought leadership and has been featured in Agenda for her research on the intersection of executive compensation and Diversity & Inclusion practices in the S&P 500. She has also hosted several BoardProspects webinars including “Board Pay in a Time of COVID-19: Trends at Publicly Traded and Private Companies” and “COVID-19 and Compensation.”
Brooke holds a BS in Chemical Engineering with minors in General Business and International Business from Villanova University.
