Compensation Committee Intensive for CHROs

We’re delighted to invite you to attend one of our complimentary Compensation Committee Intensives for CHROs, led by Semler Brossy, Davis Polk, and special guest PJT Partners. 

These sessions are educational and interactive, designed with new CHROs in mind to provide strategic insight, technical proficiency, and practical guidance on working with Compensation Committees.

We have tailored the program to:

• Offer educational support about executive compensation and working with Compensation Committees for those who are new to or will soon be entering their CHRO role 
• Integrate legal, investor, and other perspectives 
• Provide a forum for CHROs to connect with their peers

For added convenience, we are offering two sessions:

• Tuesday, August 25, at the McDonald’s headquarters in Chicago
• Thursday, September 10, at our NYC office in the Empire State Building
