Justin works across a variety of industries, with a focus on consumer products and retail as well as technology, insurance, and healthcare. He serves a mix of private, public and pre-IPO clients and has experience with family-owned companies. He has expertise advising boards through periods of change including company strategy transitions, emergence from bankruptcy, evolving ownership structure, and investor concerns.
