Greg Arnold was a principal with Semler Brossy for seven years and recently left the firm to become Head of Compensation and Benefits at Advantage Sales and Marketing.
He joined SBCG in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Greg worked as an executive compensation consultant at Korn/Ferry International and Mercer Consulting, where he worked with management and boards of directors across a variety of industries to help design compensation programs. He graduated from Pomona College with a degree in Economics.
